Leaf Cleanup & Removal

Leaf Cleanup & Removal in Winter Park & Central Florida

Central Florida does not get a northern-style fall, but mature oaks, magnolias, palms, and ornamental trees still create heavy leaf and yard debris—often in waves from late winter into spring and again after storms. When it settles into turf, planting beds, drains, pool screens, and corners of the property, a regular mowing visit is not enough to clear it properly.

Our leaf cleanup service is a focused reset. We collect loose leaves and small natural debris from the lawn and accessible landscape beds, clear hardscape and curb lines, and remove the material from the property. The goal is not to scatter a pile from one side of the yard to the other; it is to leave the usable outdoor areas clean and the turf uncovered.

One-time cleanups work well before guests, listings, inspections, or the next lawn-service cycle. Properties with dense tree cover can also schedule recurring visits during peak leaf drop. We scope the access, acreage, bed density, and debris volume up front so the crew arrives with the right equipment and enough hauling capacity to finish the job.

How it works

Our process for leaf cleanup & removal.

  1. 1

    Confirm the scope

Send the address and current photos or schedule a walk-through. We confirm which lawns, beds, hardscape areas, and curb lines are included and whether any heavy branches or non-yard waste need separate handling.

  2. 2

    Estimate the volume

Tree cover, lot size, access, and debris depth determine crew time and hauling. The quote is based on the property as it sits, not a generic lot-size guess.

  3. 3

    Collect without damaging beds

We use the appropriate combination of blowers, rakes, tarps, and collection equipment to clear turf and accessible beds while protecting irrigation heads, edging, and plant material.

  4. 4

    Load and haul

Collected leaves and included natural debris leave with our crew. We do not finish by moving everything to the curb and making disposal someone else's problem.

  5. 5

    Final property pass

Hardscape, entrances, curb lines, and staging areas receive a final blow-off. The completed cleanup is photographed before the crew leaves.

Why Firsthand

What separates our leaf cleanup & removal from the rest.

The debris leaves the property.

Bagging, loading, hauling, and disposal are included in the agreed scope. You are not left with a wall of bags or a loose curbside pile after the crew is gone.

Beds and turf both get attention.

Leaves collect differently across turf, mulch, pavers, and dense planting. We clean each accessible surface with methods suited to it instead of blasting everything into the nearest bed.

Recurring service is available.

A heavily wooded property may need more than one pass during peak leaf drop. We can set a short seasonal cadence instead of waiting for the yard to disappear again.

Easy to combine with lawn care.

Leaf removal can be coordinated with mowing, gutter cleaning, pruning, or a complete seasonal landscape cleanup so the work happens in the right order.
